Coming January 30th, 2025, Spider-Man 2, ported by Nixxes Software, is coming to PC. The reveal trailer can be watched below:
The game is available to Wishlist on Steam and Epic Games Store.
The PC version will include all the updates available on PS5 since launch. Further PC feature details to be revealed at a later date but it does sound like it’s getting the full Nixxes treatment:

It has also been confirmed that there will be no story DLC for Spider-Man 2.
