Rumour has it One of Sony’s Last PS5 Live Service Games Fairgames is Out in 2026

Let it Cook

Sony’s upcoming live-service game, Fairgame$, developed by Haven Studios, has reportedly been delayed to 2026. This information comes from journalist Jeff Grubb, who mentioned on the Game Mess Decides podcast that the game is “as far as I’m aware, has been pushed to 2026.”

Fairgame$ is a co-op heist shooter that was initially announced in 2023 without a specified release date. The game is being developed for both PlayStation 5 and PC platforms. Haven Studios, led by Jade Raymond, aims to offer a modern take on the heist genre, allowing players to join an underground movement to rob the ultra-rich and “rebalance the scales.”

This delay follows a series of cancellations of other live-service projects by Sony, including titles from developers like Bend Studio and Bluepoint. The company has been reassessing its approach to live-service games, focusing on quality and player engagement.

As of now, there has been no official confirmation from Sony regarding the delay of Fairgame$. The gaming community remains eager for updates on the game’s development and its eventual release.
