Cygames has announced that Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, the sequel to the popular anime card battling game Shadowverse, is set to launch on June 17, 2025. The game will be available worldwide on iOS, Android, PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), and will support multiple languages, including Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese (PC only), and Korean.
Pre-registration for Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond is now open across various platforms. Players who pre-register will receive rewards based on the total number of sign-ups. For example, at 50,000 pre-registrations, players will receive two card pack tickets, and at 300,000 pre-registrations, all players will receive rewards equivalent to 20 card packs.
The game introduces several new features, including a “Super-Evolution” mechanic that enhances follower cards with increased attack and defence, as well as the ability to bypass opposing followers to deal damage directly to the leader. Additionally, Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond offers a social hub called “Shadowverse Park,” where players can interact, customize avatars, and participate in various activities.
