Over at Bloomberg, Jason Schreier has reported that Warner Bros has cancelled an expansion for Hogwarts Legacy that was in development mainly at Rocksteady Studios whos last project was Suicide Squad.
The expansion would have added story content to the game, and being released with a Definitive Edition. It is rumoured that the expansion would have included a companion story the was cut during the original development.
Warner canceled the project this week in part due to concerns that the amount of content was not substantial enough to justify the price being considered, said the people familiar, speaking anonymously because they were not authorized to talk to the press.
It will be interesting to see what Rocksteady work on next.
