A note, Sony has recently dropped the 1 TB of SSD storage down to 825 GB in the PlayStation 5 Slim model, and that is starting to filter into Australian retailers, this article treats 825 GB and 1 TB equally as the 1 TB model is being phased out and we will be left choiceless.
These deals end December 4th (although not all retails have made that clear, so consider it subject to change and stock availability may impact that).

If you plan on picking up a PS5 and playing online, you’ll need to sign up to PlayStation Plus. All tiers of PS Plus support online gaming, with each tier coming with access to more games. PS Plus starts at $103 per year.
The latest PlayStation 5 models (excluding Pro) do not come with the vertical stand, and it will need to be purchased separately if you want to stand your PS5 up to match all the marketing material. The stand comes in at $50.
