Palworld’s Ultrakill Collab Arrives in December 2025 with the ‘Home Sweet Home’ Update

Interesting Collab

The collaboration is bundled into Palworld’s next major patch, the “Home Sweet Home” Update, which launches in December 2025. It’s a strange pairing on paper one of the most chaotic boomer-shooter throwbacks teaming up with the internet’s favourite monster collecting survival sandbox but honestly, that’s exactly why it works.

The update brings a mix of cosmetic and gameplay additions inspired by Ultrakill. Pocketpair hasn’t given out a bullet-point list of every feature yet, but they did tease enough to get people talking. Expect new building items, some combat-focused toys, and a couple of tongue-in-cheek references that fans of Hakita’s game will probably recognise instantly. It’s the kind of crossover that feels more like an inside joke between both communities than a standard promotional partnership.

There’s also the usual round of quality-of-life tweaks, bug fixes, and adjustments to the Pal AI, which seems to be the eternal work-in-progress for the team. None of that is flashy, but anyone who’s put serious hours into the game knows that smoother AI behaviour can change a session more than a new monster ever could.

Pocketpair is expected to show more of the update in early December, so we’ll likely get a proper breakdown of everything included before it ships. For now, the only thing that’s certain is this: Palworld players are getting something very different to close out 2025, and the Ultrakill community is suddenly paying attention to a game they might have otherwise ignored.

If the actual update ends up matching the energy of this announcement, the crossover could end up being one of Palworld’s more memorable additions not because it’s huge, but because it’s so wonderfully bizarre.
