The February 2026 edition of Pokémon Presents wasn’t just another update stream it was a full-blown anniversary celebration marking three decades of the franchise. From hardware collectibles to long-rumored new games, The Pokémon Company packed the showcase with reveals spanning nostalgia and the future.

Here’s everything announced during the 30th Anniversary special.


Pokémon Red & Blue Music Collection Game Boy

A brand-new collectible mini Game Boy system was revealed, themed around the original Pokémon Red and Blue.

The twist? Interchangeable cartridges, each containing tracks from the original soundtrack. It’s very clearly aimed at collectors, and if early reaction is anything to go by, it’ll be hard to get your hands on.


Pokémon World Championships 2026

The next Pokémon World Championships will take place August 28–30, 2026 in San Francisco.

The presentation showed off venue details, event activities, and special PokémonXP artwork created for the occasion.


Pokémon Trading Card Game

A new Pokémon Trading Card Game set is launching later in 2026.

For longtime collectors, this looks like a nostalgia-heavy drop a throwback era revival for the anniversary year.


Pokémon GO 10th Anniversary

Pokémon GO is celebrating its 10th anniversary with:

Generation 10.

Pokémon Winds and Pokémon Waves are officially on the way, launching in 2027.

Only a brief teaser was shown, but visually, they already look like a significant leap forward. After months of rumors, the next era of Pokémon is finally confirmed.


A 30-Year Milestone

From retro hardware and GameCube throwbacks to competitive events and the reveal of Generation 10, this Pokémon Presents felt like a celebration of everything the franchise has been and everything it’s about to become.
