PAX Aus 2026 Early Bird Tickets Go Live Today as “PAX Land” Theme Revealed

It’s Back

PAX Australia 2026 is officially locked in, and this year’s show is shaping up to be a little different.

Set to run from October 9–11 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, PAX Aus 2026 is introducing this years theme “PAX Land” a three-day, all-in gaming destination designed to bring everything under one banner, from AAA and indie titles to tabletop experiences, cosplay, and live panels.

Early Bird badges go on sale tomorrow, marking the first chance for fans to secure their spot at what’s widely considered Australia’s biggest gaming event. Pricing has been set at $185 for a three-day pass, while single-day badges will be available for $77.

As expected, demand is likely to move quickly.

Alongside ticket sales, a limited run of pre-order merchandise will also be available. This year’s lineup includes items like the Pin Chicken, themed keycaps, and a reversible bucket hat small touches, but the kind of collectibles that tend to disappear fast once the doors open.

There’s also a notable partnership announcement this year, with Beyond Blue confirmed as the official charity partner for the event. It’s a continuation of PAX’s ongoing focus on community initiatives, adding a layer of purpose beyond the show floor itself.

While full exhibitor and panel details are still under wraps, the “PAX Land” branding suggests a stronger emphasis on immersion less segmented, more cohesive, and built around the idea of a single, interconnected experience across the entire weekend.

If past years are anything to go by, Early Bird allocations won’t last long, especially with PAX Aus continuing to grow year-on-year. For anyone planning to attend, tomorrow’s drop is the moment to act.

Finger Crossed we see the return of the big three in a big way.
