Capcom has shared a new look at Mega Man: Dual Override, revealing the return of Proto Man alongside a brand-new Robot Master, Twinkle Girl.
Proto Man will be playable alongside Mega Man, offering his own unique abilities and playstyle. The game will also introduce a new Override system, allowing players to temporarily push their robots beyond their normal limits before suffering a short period of reduced performance.
Players will also be able to customise Mega Man and Proto Man using the new Custom Chip system, unlocking abilities including rapid-fire attacks, shields, hovering and more.
Meanwhile, Twinkle Girl is one of eight new Robot Masters joining the game, using firework-themed attacks against players.
The trailer also appears to tease the return of Astro Man from Mega Man 8, suggesting more classic Robot Masters could make an appearance.
Mega Man: Dual Override continues to look like a fresh take on the classic formula, combining familiar faces with new mechanics and plenty of customisation.
