Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Deathmaster has officially been announced by Dotemu and Old Skull Games.
The gritty new 2D action platformer is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC via Steam in 2027.
Set in the dark fantasy universe of Warhammer Age of Sigmar, players take control of a deadly Skaven assassin on a brutal journey through a collapsing world filled with stealth, violence, and chaos.
According to Dotemu, the game aims to deliver a “refreshing but gritty take” on the 2D action platformer genre, blending stealth mechanics with fast-paced combat and atmospheric worldbuilding.

- Brutal assassination gameplay
- A grim and unstable world inspired by Age of Sigmar lore
- Progression centered around ascending to become a feared Deathmaster
