Disney has announced a special Kingdom Hearts panel for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event 2026, celebrating 25 years of the beloved action RPG series.
Titled “Deep Dive into Kingdom Hearts,” the panel will look back at the franchise’s legacy and feature appearances from members of the creative team, voice actors, and others who helped bring the series to life.
According to the official event description:
“Join us for a journey through light and darkness as we commemorate 25 years of Kingdom Hearts. Discover how this saga united Disney, Pixar, and Square Enix, with insights from the creative minds, character voices, and more behind the magic.”
While the panel is being promoted as a retrospective celebrating the series’ history, fans are already speculating that it could include a new look at Kingdom Hearts IV.
The highly anticipated sequel recently resurfaced during a Nintendo Direct, where Square Enix confirmed the game will launch simultaneously across consoles and PC, including Nintendo Switch 2.
