Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Surpasses Three Million Copies Sold

3 million assassins creed

Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has officially surpassed three million copies sold, marking another major milestone for the remastered pirate adventure.

The announcement comes just over a week after the game’s launch on July 9, with sales continuing to climb following an already impressive debut.

The latest milestone means Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has sold an additional one million copies since Ubisoft confirmed the game had reached two million sales just one day after launch.

Reaching three million units in such a short period highlights the enduring popularity of Edward Kenway’s adventure and the continued demand for one of the franchise’s most beloved entries.

Originally released in 2013, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is widely regarded as one of the strongest games in the series, thanks to its blend of open-world exploration, naval combat, and pirate fantasy.

Black Flag Resynced brings the classic adventure to modern platforms with updated visuals, gameplay improvements, and quality-of-life enhancements while preserving the core experience that made the original such a fan favourite.

The remaster launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on July 9.
