FreeStyle Football 2 Kicks Off on December 3 for PS5, Xbox Series and PC

Pre-orders are now available across three editions, with exclusive bonuses up for grabs.

Publisher JOYCITY and developer WOORE have announced that FreeStyle Football 2 will launch on December 3, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.

The upcoming football experience puts players into intense 5v5 online matches, with each player controlling a single character in real time. Success relies on teamwork, quick passing, tactical defending and character-specific abilities rather than traditional 11-a-side football.

Set on the artificial island of Lana, the game will feature extensive customisation options, competitive leagues, club tournaments and a chapter-based Story Mode expected to run between 10 and 20 hours.

Players can choose from three editions, with pre-orders now available:

  • Standard Edition – A$45 (approx.): Includes the base game and ZEPHYR and HORIZON cosmetic sets as pre-order bonuses.
  • Deluxe Edition – A$60 (approx.): Adds character recruitment tickets, in-game currency, exclusive cosmetics and early access.
  • Ultimate Edition – A$105 (approx.): Includes additional cosmetic sets, character holograms, premium passes and lifetime access to premium launch outfits and seasonal Ultimate-tier outfits.

Both the Deluxe and Ultimate editions include early access, although the exact start date has yet to be detailed.

Please note: Australian prices are approximate conversions from the announced US prices of US$29.99, US$39.99 and US$69.99, respectively. Official Australian pricing may vary by platform and retailer.

With its focus on fast-paced 5v5 action, character abilities and competitive team play, FreeStyle Football 2 aims to offer a fresh alternative to traditional football games when it launches this December.
