Code Vein II: Mask of Idris Launches September

The first major expansion arrives alongside the game’s free Version 2.0 update.

Bandai Namco has announced that Code Vein II: Mask of Idris will launch on September 9 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

The expansion will be available as a standalone purchase or included with the game’s Deluxe and Ultimate Editions. Mask of Idris takes players to the Forsaken World, a new post-game setting where they’ll encounter Liv Voda, the guardian of time and space.

Players will need to reach the “Luna Fraterna” ending and complete Valentin’s Request sub-mission to access the expansion.

The launch will also coincide with the free Version 2.0 update, which will introduce new content and allow players to further explore the post-game world alongside their partners.
