Mighty Cuphead Adventure + New Cuphead in Development
Mighty Cuphead Adventure, a brand-new 8-bit spin-off inspired by the Sega Master System era. The reveal trailer showcased classic run-and-gun action, familiar faces like Cuphead and Mugman, and a collection of challenging new bosses that retain the charm and difficulty fans expect from the franchise.
Alien Isolation 2 revealed
The reveal trailer teased a new protagonist, a derelict deep-space setting, and the return of the franchise’s iconic Xenomorph, whose advanced AI once again appears to be at the heart of the experience. New Blood Message Trailer
The trailer followed a nameless messenger and his young son as they embark on a perilous journey across war-torn landscapes to deliver a message that could determine the fate of their homeland. No release date was announced, but the new footage further cemented it as one of the most promising single-player action games currently in development.
STRANGER THAN HEAVEN gets a cast reveal trailer introducing Tupac and the release date
RGG Studio delivered one of Summer Game Fest 2026’s most unexpected moments with a new Stranger Than Heaven cast reveal trailer, confirming a star-studded lineup that includes the digital likeness of legendary rapper Tupac Shakur alongside Snoop Dogg. Coming on the 15th of January 2027.
HAEX revealed

Dead by Daylight 10th Anniversary teaser
The teaser reflected on the game’s ten-year history while hinting at major content planned for the anniversary year, including new collaborations, gameplay updates, and future chapters. While the trailer remained intentionally cryptic, long-time fans spotted several visual clues that suggest iconic characters and franchises may be joining the ever-growing roster of Killers and Survivors.
Mortal Shell II Open Beta on now
Following its brutal gameplay showcase at Summer Game Fest 2026, developer Cold Symmetry announced that the Mortal Shell II Open Beta is available right now on Steam. The beta gives players an early chance to experience the sequel’s expanded combat system, explore parts of its interconnected dark fantasy world, and take control of several unique Shells before the full launch in 2026.
SAND: Raiders of Sophie release date revealed
The trailer showcased massive customizable walking fortresses known as Trampler mechs, intense firefights between rival crews, and the harsh wastelands of Sophie. Most importantly, the developers confirmed that SAND: Raiders of Sophie launches on June 10, 2026, following a Server Slam playtest currently available on Steam.

TMNT The Last Ronin coming soon from Platinum Games
While the trailer offered only a brief glimpse of the game’s dark tone and post-apocalyptic setting, the involvement of PlatinumGames known for action titles like Bayonetta and NieR: Automata has immediately raised expectations for its combat. No release date was announced, but the reveal finally confirmed that one of the most anticipated TMNT projects is back in development.

GUNDAM ROGUE ORBIT Revealed
Bandai Namco surprised mech fans at Summer Game Fest 2026 with the reveal of GUNDAM ROGUE ORBIT, a new third-person action game set within the legendary Gundam universe. The debut trailer showcased high-speed mobile suit combat across war-torn space colonies and planetary battlefields, with players piloting customizable Gundams in large-scale conflicts inspired by the franchise’s iconic anime roots. Unlike previous Gundam titles that focused heavily on multiplayer, Rogue Orbit appears to place a stronger emphasis on a cinematic single-player campaign while still featuring online cooperative and competitive modes.
An Eggstremely Hard Game release date revealed
The hilariously named An Eggstremely Hard Game finally received a release date during Summer Game Fest 2026. Inspired by punishing physics-based platformers, players control a fragile egg through a series of increasingly absurd and difficult challenges where a single mistake can send them tumbling back down. Launching 24th of July, 2026, on Steam.
Crossfire revealed
Developer That’s No Moon officially unveiled Crossfire, the studio’s debut title. While details remain scarce, the cinematic reveal teased a large-scale sci-fi action experience featuring intense firefights, cinematic storytelling, and a mysterious conflict spanning multiple worlds. More information is expected later this year.
Control Resident new Paranatural Manhattan trailer
Following its appearance at State of Play, Remedy Entertainment showcased another look at Control Resonant with a new Paranatural Manhattan trailer. The footage highlighted bizarre supernatural events spreading across New York City and confirmed the cooperative spin-off will launch on September 24, 2026.
Guild Wars 3 revealed
ArenaNet officially revealed Guild Wars 3, marking the next major chapter for the long-running MMORPG franchise. Built for both PC and PlayStation 5, the game promises a new world, improved visuals, large-scale multiplayer events, and a fresh evolution of the series’ signature combat systems.
Star Wars Galactic Racer new trailer
A new trailer for Star Wars Galactic Racer showcased high-speed racing across iconic planets from a galaxy far, far away. Featuring customizable vehicles, recognizable Star Wars characters, and arcade-inspired gameplay, the racer is set to launch on October 6, 2026.
End of Abyss gets a release date
The atmospheric sci-fi horror adventure End of Abyss received a new trailer and a firm release date. Players will descend into a mysterious underground world filled with terrifying creatures and environmental hazards when the game launches on October 1, 2026.
Last Harbor revealed
A brand-new reveal, Last Harbor appears to be a survival-focused adventure set within a decaying coastal settlement at the edge of civilization. The debut trailer emphasized exploration, resource management, and a haunting atmosphere, though additional details remain under wraps.
VIRTUA FIGHTER CROSSROADS revealed by RGG Studio & Sega
SEGA and RGG Studio officially revealed Virtua Fighter Crossroads, the next evolution of the legendary fighting game franchise. Featuring rebuilt visuals, modern online functionality, and returning fighters, the game aims to bring Virtua Fighter back to the forefront of the fighting game genre when it launches in 2027.

Runescape: Dragonwilds coming to console + release date
Jagex confirmed that RuneScape: Dragonwilds will expand beyond PC, arriving on consoles alongside its full release on September 15, 2026. The latest trailer showcased dragon-filled wilderness zones, survival mechanics, and cooperative gameplay in the RuneScape universe..

Mafia The Old Country Story Expansion
Hangar 13 unveiled Man of Honor, a major story expansion for Mafia: The Old Country. The expansion introduces a new chapter of organized crime drama and launches on August 14, 2026.
1666 Amsterdam revealed
A free Prologue is available on PC now. Game launching into early access later this year.
SAW: Genesis revealed

Lords of the Fallen II
HEXWORKS officially announced Lords of the Fallen II, continuing the dark fantasy Soulslike series. The sequel promises expanded exploration, more challenging bosses, and enhanced cooperative features when it launches in 2026.

The Blood of Dawnwalker new trailer teases the future
Rebel Wolves shared another atmospheric look at The Blood of Dawnwalker, its dark fantasy RPG centred around vampires and supernatural conflict. The game is set to launch on September 3, 2026.
Standalone game Among Us Story: On Guard announced
Innersloth revealed Among Us Story: On Guard, a standalone narrative adventure set within the popular Among Us universe. The game shifts focus away from multiplayer deception and toward character-driven storytelling and mystery.

New 007 First Light story mission announced
IO Interactive revealed a new story mission for 007 First Light, taking players back to the location of Bawma as part of Bond’s latest globe-trotting adventure. The teaser hinted at new narrative revelations and high-stakes espionage.

Gothic Remake out now
The long-awaited Gothic Remake received its final launch trailer and is available now. The remake rebuilds the beloved RPG classic with modern visuals, updated combat, and an expanded world while preserving the atmosphere of the original.
Aion 2 gets a release month
NCSoft confirmed that Aion 2 will launch in September 2026. The new trailer showcased breathtaking fantasy landscapes, large-scale aerial combat, and next-generation visuals for the MMORPG sequel.
Cyberpunk is coming to Wuthering Waves

Sonic Crossworlds next year of content revealed
New announcements include the addition of Godzilla and Evangelion. They also used the opportunity to announce Sonic Pico Park as part of the 35 year anniversary of Sonic.
Attack on Titan 3 announced
The next and final chapter in the anime-inspired action series was officially announced with Attack on Titan 3. While details remain limited, the teaser hinted at larger battles, improved movement systems, and a continuation of the franchise’s signature Titan-slaying gameplay
CLUTCH story and world revealed
This adds to the reveal of CLUTCH a few days ago, where we now see where the game is set, plus more about the characters and story. The cinematic trailer is well worth a watch. CLUTCH is coming Autumn, 2027.
Chronicles: Medieval gameplay trailer
The latest gameplay trailer for Chronicles: Medieval showcased large-scale battles, kingdom management, and realistic medieval warfare. The game aims to deliver an authentic historical strategy experience.
Fresh look at Sea of Remnants
Players received another look at Sea of Remnants, an ambitious pirate-themed action RPG. The new footage highlighted naval exploration, ship customization, and a mysterious ocean world filled with danger and treasure.

Palworld 1.0 coming July 10
Pocketpair confirmed that Palworld 1.0 launches on July 10, 2026. The new cinematic trailer highlighted expanded content, new Pals, and additional features coming with the full release.
Telltale returns with The Wolf Among Us: Season 2
Telltale Games officially returned with The Wolf Among Us: Season 2. The long-awaited sequel continues Bigby Wolf’s story and is currently scheduled for release in 2027, while the original game will receive a remaster later this year.

Stellar Blade Blood Rain revealed
Rather than continuing directly with Eve as the lead character, BLOOD RAIN introduces a new protagonist named Evie, with the story taking place after the events of the original Stellar Blade. According to SHIFT UP, the game will expand the setting and lore while pushing the franchise in a “bold new direction.”
Street Fighter 6 – Year 4 revealed
Capcom unveiled its Street Fighter 6 Year 4 roadmap, teasing new fighters INCLUDING FINAL FANTASYS TIFA, additional stages, balance updates, and fresh content designed to keep the fighting game thriving well into its fourth year.
Final Fantasy VII Revelation revealed
The biggest announcement of the show came from Square Enix with the reveal of Final Fantasy VII: Revelation, the final chapter in the remake trilogy. Launching in Spring 2027, the game promises the largest world ever created for the project, allowing players to freely explore the planet aboard the Highwind airship. Vincent Valentine and Cid Highwind will be fully playable, while Cloud and his allies prepare for their climactic confrontation with Sephiroth
