Xbox Game Pass Adds Gears of War: E-Day Beta, Cricket 26, Date Everything!, and More This August

Microsoft has announced the next wave of titles heading to Xbox Game Pass throughout early to mid-August, with highlights including the Gears of War: E-Day Open Beta, Cricket 26, Date Everything!, and several day-one releases.

Here’s everything coming to Game Pass.

Available Now

• Heretic + Hexen (Cloud, Console, PC)
• Beast of Reincarnation (Day One) (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, PC)

August 6

• Gears of War: E-Day Open Beta (Early Access) (Game Pass Ultimate & PC Game Pass)
• Monsters are Coming!
• PowerWash Simulator 2

August 11

• Bounty Star
• Date Everything!
• Grounded 2 – “Into The Abyss” Update

August 12

• Ball x Pit

August 13

• Cricket 26
• Mio: Memories in Orbit
• Sandustry (Day One – PC)

Additional Perks

Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members can also jump into the EA Sports Madden NFL 27 Early Access Trial beginning August 6, while subscribers can claim a new Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 / Warzone Game Pass Pack featuring operator skins, weapon blueprints, and other in-game rewards.

Leaving Game Pass on August 15

The following titles will leave the Game Pass library on August 15:

• Atlas Fallen
• Aliens: Fireteam Elite
• Firewatch
• Menace (Game Preview)

The biggest addition for many players will be Gears of War: E-Day’s Early Access Open Beta, giving Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers the chance to experience the new Horde Siege mode ahead of the game’s full launch.
